All orders are shipped using Royal Mail 2nd class service or Hermes for larger orders. We aim to dispatch orders within 2-3 days of ordering. You will receive an email notification as soon as your order has left us. We are unable to ship orders outside of the UK at this time.



If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us to begin the returns process at You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return. Your items must be unopened and in their original condition. Any items returned to us without having contacted us first will not be accepted. We do not cover return postage costs at this time. You will be notified via email once we have received your return. Once checked and approved you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Any opened or used items will not be accepted for return. Please check your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if any items are damaged or broken. We may require photo evidence of damaged/broken items for our records.
